Short history: In 1994 the mad poet from Nabrezina, Keko, had the insane idea to build a group with a couple of old slovene friends. Sax, Pilo, Mitja Kosuta (first drummer of the band) joined and... the fun begun! At the start we played only hard rock, but Sax couldn't restrain his dalmatian (croatian) roots. Just a few years later we started playing balkan rock songs, and the voice spread around. 'til today we had almost 300 gigs in Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Austria and we won several contests in Italy (Baraonda - TS, No Playback 1998, Arezzo wave 1999 etc.) and Croatia (best newies on Festival istarskih gradica 2000) In 2005 we had a happy occasion: our 10th anniversary and the presentation of our first CD, at last! Our first bassman and friend Pilo left his bass-job, but is still with us as mixerman. In the same year we released another cd, live, published by the slovene RAI-TrstA radio and tv station in Italy. In october we went on tour in Argentina and Uruguay with Dario Savron "Trava" on the drums. It was a beautiful 20-days fuckin' crazy rock'n'roll journey, with 4 other folk rock bands (from Friuli: Arbe Garbe, the masterminds of the tour, Kosovni odpadki, 3 allegri ragazzi morti and Jabberwocky from Bergamo). ---------- The name of the band: this is the name of the dog breed of our land, the Karst sheperd, wild, strong, but friendly with children.
